9. Disconnect the brake line from the wheel cylinder.

Remove brake line bracket bolt.

10. Support the wheel knuckle.

11. Remove the lower slack absorber nut.

Note:  
-

It may be necessary to hold the ball joint stud to keep it from turning while removing the nut.

12. Disconnect the lower ball joint.

-

Remove the nut.

Note:

It may be necessary to hold the ball joint stuck to keep it front turning, while removing the nut.
