Removal
1. Remove the timing drive components.
2. Rotate the belt tensioner clockwise, towards the camshaft drive pulley to release the drive belt tension and remove the belt.
3. Using the special tools remove the water pump drive pulley.
Note: In order to assure correct sealing do not scratch the camshaft.
4. Using the special tools, remove the camshaft oil seal.
Caution: Cylinder head camshaft journal caps and cylinder heads are numbered to verify that they are assembled in their original positions.
