AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
Removal and Installation
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, see LIFTING.
3. Remove the RH splash shield.
4. If equipped, disconnect the engine block heater electrical connector.
CAUTION: Plug all ports to prevent contamination from dirt or moisture.
5. If equipped with the 3.0L (4 V) engine, remove the A/C manifold and tube assembly bolt and disconnect the A/C manifold and tube.
NOTE: Vehicles with the 2.0L Zetec engine shown, vehicles with the 3.0L (4 V) engine similar.
