Complete a "Campaign Label (P/N 9999-95-065A-00)" with the RECALL number, dealer code and date written on the sticker and affix it to the
underside of the hood or bulkhead. Refer to the illustration under "A. VEHICLE INSPECTION PROCEDURE".
