Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming: Service and Repair
1. Place ignition switch in "0" position.
2. Disconnect and shield battery ground cable.
3. Disconnect 10-pin SRS electrical connector below passenger foot rest.
4. Wait 10 minutes before performing any repairs.
5. Reconnect battery and electrical connector to rearm airbag system.
Location of the 10-Pin Plug Connection or the 4-Pin Belt Tensioner Test Coupling in the Vehicle:
Model 201, 1st version
Under the passenger's foot rest.
Model 201, 2nd version
On the plate under the passenger's foot rest.
