Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair
REMOVAL:
-
Attach engine lock 601 589 02 40 00 with two bolts to the oil pan (arrows).
-
Remove bolts (15) and take off belt pulley (13).
^
Tightening torque 25 Nm (18.5 ft lbs).
-
Remove bolt (8) and take off Belleville spring washers (10).
^
Tightening torque 300 Nm (222 ft lbs).
