Energized
Connection 1 is sealed when de-energized. Vacuum connections 2 and 3 are connected with each other. When energized, connections 1 and 2 are
connected to each other and connection 3 is sealed.
Ensure that connections 1, 2 and 3 are never confused.
Function description, 2nd version
When de-energized, the lateral and lower connections are connected to each other and the upper connection is sealed. When energized, the upper and
lateral connections are connected with each other and the lower connection is sealed.
Ensure that these connections are never confused.
