1. Tilt externally-toothed disc carrier (1) and remove disc set. Examine internally-toothed discs for signs of scorching and wear. (Specified thickness
2 mm).
Installation Note
Pay attention to the sequence of clutch discs. Assemble disc set according to transmission model. Place in automatic transmission fluid for approx. 1
hour before installing.
2. Place assembly device (020) into the spring plate and tension until snap ring (5) is exposed. Take out snap ring.
Installation Note
After installing snap ring, ensure that it is correctly seated.
3. Take off spring plate (4) and pressure spring (3).
