Check gap with valve gauge and correct if necessary using shims.

Fit ribbed V-belt and tension.

Install fan hood and fan.

Removing and Installing V-belt pulley

Removing

Remove spring plate.

Remove locking ring in front of V-belt pulley (arrow) and tap off V-belt pulley using plastic mallet.

Renew roller bearing if necessary. Remove locking ring from roller bearing (arrow).
