Vehicles with early tensioner, turn the adjusting nut (24) to the right until the tip of the adjusting pointer (22) is located (on vehicles with
power steering or with power steering and air conditioning) between the 8th and 9th graduation mark.
Vehicles with late tensioner, turn the adjusting nut to the right until tip of the adjustment pointer is located directly over the thick line (E) on
the adjusting scale.

Tightening torque:
With 19mm hex head 75 Nm (55 ft lbs).
With 17mm hex head 80 Nm (59 ft lbs).
