Unplug connector (0.75 mm dia., green/red) at coolant temperature sensor (B11/2) (Figure 5).

Connect 470 Ohm resistor in series (arrow) between unplugged connector and temperature sensor (Figure 6).

Check on-off ratio and idle rpm. See Service Microfiche Engine 102 Combustion IIIa Job No. 07.3-106.
