Insert lip seals (12, 13) into piston (2) 50 that the seal lips are pointing downwards (direction of arrow).

Place insertion sleeves (021, 022) onto the externally-toothed disc carrier (1).

Lubricate insertion sleeves and lip seals With automatic transmission fluid and carefully insert piston (2) and press into the externally-toothed
disc carrier (1) without snagging.

Check O-ring (17) between externaly-toothed disc carrier (1) and piston guide ring (18) for signs of any leakage, using a little kerosene or
benzine on the piston guide ring. If there is a leak, press out snap ring (16), remove piston guide ring and replace sealing ring (17).
