Press out roller bearing using special tools 126 589 06 43 00 (arrows).

Press in new roller bearing using special tools 125 589 06 43 00.

Install in the reverse sequence.

If the same belt pulley is re-installed, clean the friction surface of the belt pulley. If the friction surface shows signs of damage (e.g. due to
overheating), the belt pulley must be renewed together with the spring plate.

In vehicles with 6-cylinder engine, remove refrigerant compressor See: Service and Repair

Remove spring plate and V-belt pulley.

Disconnect plug from refrigerant compressor.

Unscrew both screws (arrows) from plug housing. open plug housing and remove cable (blue).

Disconnect ground cable of solenoid coil from refrigerant compressor.
