Disassembling and Assembling Clutch K1

Preceding work:

Removing, installing transmission with torque Converter.  See: Service and Repair/Remove and Installing Transmission With Torque Converter

Disassembling transmission.  See: Service and Repair/Disassembling Transmission

Snap ring (11)

Remove and install with a screwdriver.

Disc set (6, 7, 8, 10) and Belleville spring washer (15) 

Remove completely from externally-toothed disc carrier (1), install. Assemble in sequence according to the transmission model. Place the
Belleville spring washers with the curved side on the piston. Check play "A", 0.7 - 1.3 mm and adjust.

Spring plate (4) and pressure springs (3)

Take off pay attention to number of springs. 

Piston (2)

Pull out. When installing, introduce piston with external insertion sleeve 201 589 0114 00. Check lip seals (12 and 13), replace if necessary and
install with sealing lips facing downwards.

O-ring (17)

Check for leaks with kerosene or benzine (number 8).

Piston guide ring (18)

Remove after taking off snap ring (16), install.
