Lower Cover & Intermediate Plate

Removing, Installing, Disassembling and Assembling Bottom Cover With Intermediate Plate

Note:
It is important to ensure scrupulous Cleanliness when performing any work on the control. valve body. If possible, the work should be performed on a
plastic base. Do not use any fluffy cloths; chamois leather is best suited to this operation. After disassembling, all the parts must be washed and blown
dry with compressed air.

Oil filter (5)

Remove install by unscrewing and screwing in bolts (6), 4 Nm.

Detent spring (142), bracket (141) and hexagon bolt (140) 

Remove, install, 8 Nm.

Bolts (8) 

Unscrew, screw on, 8 Nm.

Complete intermediate plate (14) together with bottom cover and oil pipe(9) 

Remove and attach, 8 Nm.

Injector (118)

Remove and install by turning.

Cover plate (12) and oil pipe (9) 

Remove by unscrewing bolts (8), 8 Nm. then take off intermediate plate (14) and gasket (19).

Bottom Cover

Dissemble and assemble, check parts.
