INTAKE MANIFOLD WITH MODIFIED SEAL FOR INJECTION NOZZLE
ENGINE 103
As of the production dates listed, to reduce rough engine idle, the shape of the intake manifold was modified and the installation tolerance of the nozzle
was reduced through modified thermal insulating sleeve and support ring.
Effective Serial Number
In case of customer complaints regarding rough or high idle, check fuel injection valves for air leaks. Replace rubber seal rings as necessary.
IMPORTANT!
When tightening the Allen-head screw of the nozzle holder, make certain that the nozzle is centered and does not shift during tightening. If the nozzle
is offset, it will not form a perfect seal, eventually resulting in air leaks.
