Intake Manifold: Service and Repair
Remove/Install Resonance Intake Manifold

Component Identification

1. Remove fuel rail together with injection valves.
2. Pull off vacuum pipes and electrical wiring. Refer to connection diagram when reinstalling vacuum pipes..

3. On Model 210, remove T20 torx socket bolts for intake noise muffler.
4. Take off resonance intake manifold and clean flange surfaces.

Replace resonance intake manifold if necessary. To do this, remove resonance flap and install in new resonance intake manifold. See: Powertrain
Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Variable Induction System/Variable Induction Control Valve/Service and Repair 
When reinstalling, replace gasket (19/3). Check rubber boots (19/6), replace if necessary. 

5. Remove ram manifold. See: Remove/Install Ram Manifold  
6. Install in reverse sequence.
