5.  Take off retaining ring (40) and pull off helical gear (41).

Installation Instruction:
Fit on helical gear (41) in such a way that driver pin (arrow) slots into the hole in helical gear.

6.  Move flyweight (f), at the same time checking ease of movement of control valve in the openings (arrows).

Note:
It must be possible to move the control valve easily; wash centrifugal governor if necessary, and blow dry. If it is not possible to release control valve
in this way, replace centrifugal governor.
In this case, the helical gear (41) from the removed centrifugal governor must be transferred to the new governor.
