Loosen bolt (2) and remove plastic covering (1, Figure 2).

Remove actuator.

6.

Reinstall in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

If the covering is not installed correctly, the outside door handle may bottom out against the covering and not sit flush to the body. To help guide the
covering into position, remove the plastic access cover for the anti-theft alarm system front door switch (S62/1 and S62/2), located on the rear of the
front door. This opening provides a view of the covering and space for a screwdriver to guide and position the covering.

Remove door panel (see service microfiche Body, Assembly Jobs I Model 124, Job No. 72-100).

Loosen bolt (2) and remove plastic covering (1, Figure 3).

3.

Remove actuator.

4.

Reinstall in reverse order of removal.
