Attach plastic slider (part number 129 919 07 11) to seat frame, apply Loctite to screw and secure

(arrow, Fig. 2).

Mark, punch and drill hole on inner side of seat rail (side of tunnel) according to Figure 3. Remove shavings.

Bore diameter:

6.1 mm 

dimension A

= 242 mm

dimension B

= 75 mm

dimension C

= 20 mm

dimension D

= 35 mm

Attach plastic slider (part no. 129 919 05 11) to side rail (Figure 4).

7.

Install seat rails (job no. 91-120).

8.

Install driver's seat (job no. 91-100) and check for proper function and lateral motion.
