Procedure

1.

Place engine hood in vertical position.

2.

Disconnect and cover battery negative terminal.

3.

Loosen both nuts (2, Figure 1) and remove connection cables from pre-resistor (1).

4.

Loosen nuts (3) frail holder.

5.

Remove pre-resistor (1).

Figure 2

6.

Insert new pre-resistor  (1, Figure 2).

7.

Fit new  cover (4) over pre-resistor and secure with 2 nuts (3).

8.

For further installation proceed in reverse order.
