1. Remove front axle shafts, refer to Transmission and Drivetrain - Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints - Axle Shaft Assembly - Axle Shaft -

2. Remove front wheel.
3. Unbolt brake hose support (15) on damper strut (11) and unclip cable (45) of the brake lining wear indicator.

4. Unbolt floating caliper (33) from steering knuckle and suspend on a hook.

Caution:

Do not subject brake hose (39) and cable (45) to tensile loads.

5. Remove brake disc (34) from front axle shaft flange and unscrew locking bolt (34a).
