Notes On Disposal
The relevant safety provisions are to be observed when discarding accumulators.

In order to eliminate the residual pressure in the accumulator, drill carefully into the convex side with a 3 mm drill until the gas flows out. To
prevent accidents caused by the outflowing gas and to protect against drilling chips, goggles and gloves must be worn. The hole is to be drilled
with the minimum possible feed.
