17. Install brake disc (34) onto front axle shaft flange. Renew locking bolt (34a) and tighten to 10 Nm.

18. Assemble floating caliper (33) to steering knuckle (5). Renew self-locking bolts (33a) and tighten to 115 Nm.

Caution:

Do not twist brake hose and subject it to tensile loads.

19. Assemble brake hose support (15). Clip cable (45) to the brake hose support.

20. Refit front wheel.
21. Install front axle shaft, refer to Transmission and Drivetrain - Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints - Axle Shaft Assembly - Axle Shaft - Service
