Window Guide Blocks - Modified

SUBJECT:MODIFIED SLIDING AND GUIDE BLOCKS FOR FRONT DOOR WINDOWS

MODELS 124.050, 126.04

As of November 1988, modified sliding blocks and rubber backings are installed in the window guide blocks for smoother operation.

The modified parts can also be installed in models prior to production phase-in.

To install parts in prior production models, two holes (for the additional locating tab on each sliding block), must be drilled into each of the existing
guide block.

Procedure:

1.  Remove the two sliding blocks and rubber backings from the previously removed guide block (Figure 2).
