Auxiliary Shaft: Service and Repair

Removal

Remove fan and fan cover.

Remove vacuum pump.

Remove injection timer.

4

Remove injection pump.

5

Pull out intermediate sprocket shaft toward the rear.

Installation

Insert intermediate sprocket shaft from the rear.

7

Install injection timer.

Install injection pump.

9

Check timing of camshaft and start of delivery (injection timing) of injection pump.

10

Install vacuum pump.

11

Install fan and fan cover.
