Replacing Monovalve Insert

Replacing Monovalve Insert
With Ondular Spring:

1. Open radiator cap, release pressure and close cap.
2. Disconnect electrical coupling on monovalve.

3. Unscrew 4 screws (arrows) on top of monovalve and pull valve insert up and out

4. Pull valve insert down and out of the coil.
5. Push both plates and new ondular spring onto new valve insert, then push valve insert into coil.

6. Engage wide recess (arrow) in sleeve (3) with bottom of electrical connection. Then wind insulating tape (a) around top end of valve insert.

Note:  The insulating tape ensures that the recess in the sleeve remains engaged when the valve insert is inserted into the housing. This is
