Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

Lining (1) on right-hand side of trunk

Remove, install.

Retaining tab (2)

Press out to remove actuator.

Pneumatic line (4)

Lever off with open-end wrench (width across flats 7).

Actuator (3)

Check pneumatic function. Diagnosis manual body, volume 1.

Pneumatic line

Clip into actuator (3) to install.

Actuator (3)

Clip into guide sleeve (6) to install.
