To accommodate the specifications for the Bose sound system, the trunk-mounted tuner/amplifier (A2/3) is different from that used on all other models.
Please note the following Parts Information below.

Note:
The use of part no. 001 820 96 89 will result in excessive bass and hiss.

WARPED CD MAGAZINES

In the case of customer complaints, of CD magazines binding, one or more discs not loading or playing, install a known good magazine before replacing
the CD changer. Please note that even slightly warped magazines may not eject or properly load discs into the CD changer.

Note:
The replacement of a complete CD changer is not justified in case of a warped CD magazine. CD changers with warped magazines will be returned to
the dealership and the respective warranty claims will be debited.
