Engine Mount: Service and Repair
Engine Carrier

1. Remove bottom engine compartment panel.
2. Remove fan shroud ring.
3. Remove air intake scoop.
4. Unscrew engine mount bolts (6) at top.
5. Raise engine at front lifting lug.
6. On Model 129 and 140 take off shield (4) from engine support (5) on right.
7. On all models unscrew bolts (9) and (10).
8. Remove engine supports (5) and (7). 
9. On model 124 unbolt shield (4) at engine carrier (5) on right.
10. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

On models 129 and 140 with secondary air injection, also bolt mounting bracket of secondary air injection pipe onto engine support (5) on
right.

On models 124 and 129 with electronic accelerator, also bolt mounting bracket of actuator to engine support (7) on left.

On Model 140, bolt mounting bracket of generator wiring harness to engine support (5) on right. Also, bolt holder of high pressure expansion
hose to engine support (7).

On all models, the anti-twist lock (arrow) in the engine mount (3) must engage in the opening in the shield (4) and in the retaining slot in the
engine support.

Tighten bolts (9) and (10) to 25 Nm.

-

Tighten engine mount bolts (6) to 55 Nm.
