Removing And Installing Three Way Catalytic Converter Or Front Exhaust System

Replace self-locking nuts and gaskets. Ensure gaskets and flanges are correctly installed
-

Use emery cloth to clean off combustion and corrosion residues at connection points if necessary

Disconnect connectors (arrows) for oxygen sensor

Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold
-

Replace if necessary

Remove threaded plate

CAUTION:  Installation:  Pay attention to installation of threaded plate

Install in reverse sequence
