Blower Motor Resistor: Service and Repair
Rear
Pressure in cooling system
Release, by turning the radiator cap up to detent "1" and close again.
Coolant
Drain, by removing front right panelling (beneath the circulation unit for rear air conditioner) (6 screws). Close supply and return hoses, blow out
residual coolant from the heat exchanger with compressed air.
Control unit for rear air conditioner
Remove. See: Control Assembly/Service and Repair
Center console
Remove. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair
Supply and return lines (c and d)
Remove from heat exchanger (screws 23).
Plug connections on the heat exchanger temperature sensors B10/9 and B10/10
Pull off.
