NOTE:  The charcoal canister must not be cleaned, only replaced.

Installation:

1. Connect tester # 201 589 13 21 00 to pneumatic gasket of the replacement filter, and evacuate.
2. Install filter into opening with the pneumatic gasket facing forwards into direction of travel.
3. Disconnect the tester from the canister.
4. Install the remaining components in reverse sequence.

Actuator Replacement Procedure

Blower motor

Remove. See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair

2 screws 

Unscrew.

Actuator (A32m2)

Pull out until actuating rod can be unclipped (arrow).

Servo motor (A32m2)

Remove.

Install

In the reverse sequence.
