Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair
NOTE: Numbers in parentheses ( ) indicate a component or tool in the associated illustration.
Replacement
1. Remove top part of resonance intake manifold.
2. Drain coolant at crankcase.
3. Unbolt coolant pipe (3) at coolant pump and at bottom part of resonance intake manifold.
NOTE: Replace O-rings (3a) and (4a) at coolant pump and at heat exchanger.
4. Pour in coolant.
5. Check cooling system for leaks.
6. Install top part of resonance intake manifold (19).
