CAUTION:  The internal torx bolts installed as of May 1995 must be used only once and should be replaced after each removal and installation
opinion.

Internal Torx BoltT55

Length "L" of bolt (new): 28.5 mm

-

Thread "D": M10 x 1

-

Tightening torque (thread and bolt contact surface moistened with oil: 45 Nm + 90° tightening angle.

4. Replace stretch shank bolt (4) if minimum stretch shank shaft diameter (d) does not exist.
5. Remove driven plate with ring gear (11) and plate (8).
6. Note dowel pin (6).

Installation

-

Reverse procedure to install, boting the following:

NOTE:  If no tightening angle wrench is available. the stretch shank bolts can be tightened further to the specified angle in a single operation with
a wrench socket and tommy bar. A flexi-rod torque wrench must not be used for tightening according to degrees of angle in order to avoid angle
errors.
