Screw out screws (3 each) on window lift rail and nuts (2 each) on sliding rail (arrows).

Close crank window and clamp in place.

Drill off rivet heads (3 each) for fastening window lift, use 7 mm bit (arrows).

Disconnect electrical cables at cable connector and expose cable.
