Power Trunk / Liftgate Lock Actuator: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation Push Button Lock
Push button lock
Plastic pin (1)
remove.
Cover (2)
remove.
Trunk light
remove.
Covering (3) on rear centerpiece
remove, for this purpose remove pins (4, 6 each), and cover (3).
Screws (5 and 6)
screw out.
Push button lock (7) on rear centerpiece
remove, while extending linkage (8).
Plug connectors (9 and 10) on push button lock housing (7)
disconnect.
Vacuum line for central locking system on plug connector (11)
disconnect.
Push button lock (7)
remove.
