When installing gaskets:

Apply dots of sealing compound to facilitate installation.
Insert gaskets with metal side facing toward cylinder head.

NOTE:  As of 1.1.94 the exhaust manifold has been modified. In order to reach the operating temperature more quickly, an exhaust manifold in a
double-wall design (insulated by an air gap) is installed.
