RA03001044100X Remove/Install Driven Plate With Ring Gear

Removal

1. Remove the transmission.
2. Install retaining lock for crankshaft/ring.

3. Unscrew stretch bolts (4) or internal torx bolt.

Inspect Stretch Bolts.

Stretch Bolt (4)
-

Length "L of bolt (new): 22 ± 0.2 mm (maximum 22.5 mm)

-

Thread "D": M10 x 1

-

Stretch shank diameter "d" (new): 8.5 - 0.2 mm

-

Minimum diameter: 8.0 mm

-

Tightening torque (thread and bolt contact surface moistened with oil: 45 Nm + 90° tightening angle.

Replace Internal Torx Bolt
