Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair
Reservoir With Coolant Drain Line
Preparation
Viscous fan clutch removed, refer to Replacement. See: Radiator Cooling Fan/Fan Clutch/Service and Repair
Overview

Slacken bolts (1).
Tighten to: 12 Nm.

Remove poly V-belt (11), install, refer to Engine.

Remove belt pulley (2), install.

Unbolt reservoir (3) at fan carrier (4) and bracket of alternator (5), bolt on.
Tighten to: 21 Nm.

Detach coolant drain line (3a) at coolant pump (6), fit on.
-
Remove reservoir (3), install.
