Camshaft Oil Seal: Service and Repair
Front Cover Removed

Front covers at top removed. See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair

Press radial shaft seal out with a screwdriver.
CAUTION: Do not damage mounting hole for the radial shaft seal.

Fit radial shaft seal (1) onto drift (01) 119 589 01 15 00.

Press radial shaft seal in with drift (01).
NOTE: The insertion depth of 5 mm is obtained by using the drift (01).
