Attention:  Prior to installing sliding-lifting roof frame, insert adjusting gauges part no. 124 589 17 21 00, left and 124 589 18 21 00, right into guide
block (lateral guide) and groove in angular lifting arm.
Pull off adjusting gauges only after installing sliding-lifting roof cover.

8 Lift sliding-lifting roof frame through opening of rear door into vehicle interior.

NOTE:  When installing sliding-lifting roof frame, pay attention to perfect sealing between frame and body.

9 Screw on sliding-lifting roof frame, while paying attention to correct installation position of tubing and water drain hoses.

NOTE:  The two rear fastening screws have metric threads. For centering of sliding-lifting roof frame in relation to sliding-lifting roof cutout, tighten
the two front fastening screws left and right first.

10 Fasten tubing to sliding-lifting roof frame at the rear and install cover.
11 For further installation proceed vice versa.
