Using the bottom mounting bracket (2, Figure 1) as a template, place it at the left hand side edge of the spare wheel compartment. The rear edge of
the bracket should be 140 mm (5.5 in.) from the rear wall (carpeted) of the trunk (Figure 2).

Mark the outline of the bracket "Footprint". Using a sharp blade cut away the padding, remove it and clean the surface.

Reposition the bottom mounting bracket. Ensure its proper alignment along the edge. Mark the location of the two mounting holes, center punch
the markings, drill 5mm holes and paint them with zinc paint.

Assemble the CD changer shell (1) and the bottom mounting bracket (2) using four 5x10 mm bolts (Figure 1).
