Sunroof Control Cable Tube: Service and Repair
Sliding-Lifting Roof
Removal
1 Remove control cable. See: Sunroof / Moonroof Cable/Service and Repair
2 Remove motor and gear unit. See: Sunroof / Moonroof Motor/Service and Repair
3 Remove sliding-lifting roof cover. See: Sunroof / Moonroof Panel/Service and Repair
4 Expose headlining starting at the rear up to sliding-lifting roof cutout.
5 Pull damping component from rear pillar, left.
6 Unscrew holding plate on sliding-lifting roof frame and force off cover over tubing.
