9. Tie a cord to the red 10-pin control unit plug to facilitate positioning of connecting lead in vicinity of center console during installation.
10. Pull right-side lining forwards out of rear of center console, simultaneously easing it downwards out of its retainer, then carefully bend it forwards.
CAUTION: Do not damage foam part.
11. Cut through cable tie and pull out connecting lead in direction of control unit.
12. Remove cord from 10-pin plug (DO NOT pull out).
