Air Door Vacuum Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair
Switchover Valve For Main Flap, Removal and Installation

As of 09/87

Air distribution switch 
-

remove.

Air volume switch
-

remove.

Vacuum lines 
-

pull off.

Coupling 
-

pull off.

Switch-over valve block (Y13/1) 
-

disconnect (2 screws).

Install in reverse sequence.

Permissible leakages:

Permissible leakage per vacuum circuit (without vacuum reservoir) 
-

30 mbar/min at 400 mbar vacuum

Permissible leakage for non-return valve 
-

50 mbar in 10 mm at 300 mbar vacuum

Permissible leakage for other individual components 
-

20 mbar/min at 300 mbar vacuum
