Compressor Pulley: Service and Repair

Tightening Torques 

Screw carrier to cylinder head M 1O x 30 .....................................................................................................................................................  30 ± 3.0 Nm

Screw compressor to holder M 8 x 90 ..........................................................................................................................................................  2O ± 2.5 Nm

Nut M 8 to compressor shaft ..........................................................................................................................................................................  16 ± 1.0 Nm

Remove spring plate.  See: Compressor Clutch/Service and Repair

Attention!  Refrigerant system remains filled.

Place refrigerant compressor on tubing or the like as an assembly aid (arrows).
