NOTE: Model 560 SL

Remove the bulkhead at the front of the left front wheel housing, if necessary to verify the correct routing of the vacuum lines.

2.

Connect a vacuum gauge with "Y" fitting between the purge valve and the charcoal canister.

3.

Start the engine and slowly accelerate to approximately 3000 RPM.

No vacuum must be indicated on the vacuum gauge.  If vacuum is indicated, replace the charcoal canister.
