Do not use an impact wrench to remove or install the hydraulic bushing.
9.
Install the hydraulic bushing (4g, Figure 10) into the control arm evenly, without letting it twist, to the stop on the collar in the front lower control
arm. Do not use excessive force.
10.
After installation of the hydraulic bushings and reinstallation of the control arms and springs, adjust the wheel bearing play to 0.01 mm (see SMS
Job No. 33-0300) and then check and, if necessary, adjust the vehicle's front wheel alignment (see SMS Job No. 40-0320. For newest front wheel
alignment data, see S.I. 40/115, June 1992).
Note:
Rechecking vehicle height and headlight aim is not required after reinstalling the original springs.
