Remove cover below instrument panel

NOTE:  Passenger side.

Unscrew screws (1)

NOTE:  Three screws.

See "Special Tools" given below.

Remove actuator motor for fresh and recirculated air flaps (M2/5) from AC/heater housing (2)

Disconnect connector (3) from fresh/recirculated air flaps actuator motor (M2/5)

Install in the reverse order.

Synchronize fresh/recirculated air flaps actuator motor (M2/5).

Torx bit set, P/N# 000 559 01 10 00
